Lobby Ambassador

Maintain professional behavior and uphold the hotel's image as a luxury property representative. Greet and welcome arriving guests with warmth and professionalism Assist guests with general inquiries about hotel facilities, services, and directions within the property. Maintain the hotel's standards of appearance, grooming, and decorum at all times. Monitor guest flow in the lobby, coordinating with Concierge, Bell, and Security teams as necessary to maintain order and efficiency. Assist in managing and organizing queue during peak check-in to ensure smooth guest movement. Coordinate with Front Desk personnel to prioritize VIPs or guest with special requirements. Remain visible and approachable to anticipate guest needs and offer proactive assistance. Serve as designated Lobby Ambassador for assigned events, positioned according to operational requirements. Support event coordination by maintaining crowd flow and delivering accurate information to attendees. Stay updated on current hotel events, promotions, and operational schedules. Professional and approachable, with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to adapt to evolving guest requirements. Excellent customer service Adaptability and flexibility experience in handling guest/ especially VIP guest. Graduate of Hospitality Management or related course, Modelling/ Ushering experience is necessary
