• Increase membership • Increase market area • Encoding patron information in the database system • Execution of promotion and events • Handle transactions and customer concerns • Membership registration of patrons to Solaire Rewards Program for walk-in guests in Solaire Rewards counters, online registration, acquired on the Casino floor or referred by slots, tables, and other outlets inside the premises. • Updating of patron’s details in the system, considering the confidentiality of all customer information. • Maintenance of membership in terms of replacement and upgrade of accounts • Assistance in kiosk transactions such as offers and membership inquiries, offer redemption and draw activations. • Assistance in registration of Casino events and tournaments • Hosting raffle draws or events. • Handling customer concerns and queries regarding Solaire Rewards program. • Provide a high standard of customer service in the counter and events operations. • Establish a warm rapport and willingness to listen always and act with a smile and positive attitude to all patrons. • Issue vouchers, gift certificates and promotional entitlements of the patrons. • Provide general information of the F&B outlets, retail outlets at the Shoppes, and other facilities in the property. • Execute events and promotions, provide information to the members, and encourage them to participate in the events and promotions. Requirements • Highly motivated and customer service oriented • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Computer systems and Microsoft office literate • Excellent detail orientation and follow up skills. • Ability to think of solutions quickly
