~1 min readSOL Mental Health is seeking a strategic and hands-on VP of Revenue Cycle Management to lead and optimize the full revenue cycle across our growing organization.
This leader will oversee both internal RCM operations and external vendor partnerships, driving performance across billing, denials, credentialing, collections, revenue integrity, and operational scalability.
Youโll partner closely with executive leadership to improve cash collections, strengthen workflows, and build scalable infrastructure that supports rapid growth.
Responsibilities

- โManage and optimize external RCM vendors and internal teams
- โImprove billing, denial management, AR performance, and collections
- โBuild KPI dashboards and reporting infrastructure
- โDrive automation, workflow optimization, and process improvement
- โPartner cross-functionally with finance, operations, and clinical teams
- โScale systems and processes to support company growth
