Pay Range: $200,000 starting annually (board certified)
Pay range is an estimate and may vary based on experience, qualifications, and other considerations.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Some Saturdays, 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Pediatrician to join our dedicated team in Pt. St. Lucie, FL. The ideal candidate is a driven, intellectually curious professional with a strong commitment to providing exceptional pediatric primary care. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside our Medical Director, administrative leadership, and clinical team to care for children from infancy through adolescence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and developmental assessments.
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic pediatric conditions.
- Provide preventive care services including immunizations, screenings, and routine wellness check-ups.
- Perform clinical procedures, including catheterization and wound care, when necessary.
- Collaborate with specialists (e.g., hematology, nuclear medicine, hospice/palliative care) for complex cases.
- Address adolescent health concerns, including Ob/Gyn-related issues.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient’s unique needs.
- Educate families on disease prevention, health maintenance, and chronic condition management.
- Maintain accurate and compliant patient records.
- Respond to pediatric emergencies, including within emergency room settings.
Requirements:
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution, with a focus on Pediatrics
- Valid medical license to practice in Florida
- Board Certification in Pediatrics preferred
- Must be fluent in Spanish
- Strong clinical knowledge and diagnostic skills in pediatric care
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment
- Experience in wound care and pain management is a plus
- Commitment to lifelong learning and staying current with medical advancements
