Key Responsibilities

Outreach & Lead Generation

  • Execute high-volume, multi-channel outbound campaigns utilizing cold calling, personalized email outreach, and professional social media networking (e.g., LinkedIn).

  • Identify and target key decision-makers within target accounts, tailoring the value proposition to address their specific pain points and industry challenges.

  • Follow up promptly with inbound, marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) to maintain momentum and maximize conversion potential.

Lead Qualification & Pipeline Management

  • Conduct thorough discovery calls to qualify prospects based on budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT framework or similar).

  • Schedule and coordinate qualified discovery meetings and product demonstrations between prospects and Account Executives.

  • Maintain impeccable records of all interactions, prospect statuses, and scheduling details within the CRM system.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with the senior sales team to refine outreach strategies and share actionable market feedback.

  • Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation campaigns by reporting on lead quality, objection trends, and messaging effectiveness.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 2 to 4 years of proven experience in an outbound appointment setting, Sales Development Representative (SDR), or Business Development Representative (BDR) role, preferably within a B2B environment.

  • Technical Proficiency: Extensive hands-on experience with modern sales stacks, including CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach, SalesLoft), and prospecting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo).

  • Hardware & Environment: Reliable, high-speed broadband internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download/10 Mbps upload), a modern PC or Mac, a professional-grade noise-canceling headset, and a quiet, distraction-free home office environment.

  • Operating Mindset: Highly resilient with a natural ability to handle objections gracefully. Self-motivated, exceptionally organized, and driven by exceeding targets in an autonomous, remote environment. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience navigating complex organizational structures to reach C-level executives.

  • Familiarity with intent-data tools and advanced CRM reporting.
