About the Role Our client is seeking a creative and strategic professional to own their digital brand presence. In this role, you will combine your design skills with social media expertise to drive engagement, maintain their visual identity, and amplify their brand voice. This position requires a proactive creator who thrives in the B2B space and is comfortable managing everything from daily Canva designs to WordPress updates and AI-assisted copywriting.

Responsibilities

  • Graphic Design & Asset Creation: Design and create compelling social media posts, email assets, and digital graphics, primarily utilizing Canva. Build and manage design templates to ensure brand consistency and efficiency.

  • Social Media Management: Act as the dedicated social media expert. Oversee scheduling, publishing, and analytics reporting using HeyOrca. Focus primarily on driving growth and engagement on LinkedIn, with occasional campaigns on X and Instagram.

  • Brand Strategy & Copywriting: Draft, refine, and maintain their brand voice and brand style guides. Leverage AI tools (such as Claude) to assist with drafting high-quality, targeted B2B copy.

  • Email Marketing: Design, format, and set up professional email blasts and newsletters.

  • Website Maintenance: Manage front-end content updates on their WordPress website, including uploading new blog posts, updating team bios, and ensuring a seamless user experience.

Requirements

  • B2B Expertise: Proven track record working in a strictly B2B environment. You must understand the nuances of communicating with a B2B audience.

  • Design Platform Fluency: Exceptional skill and enthusiasm for designing in Canva. A strong understanding of how to build and strictly adhere to design templates.

  • Social Media Proficiency: Demonstrated experience managing professional social media accounts, specifically LinkedIn, and familiarity with scheduling and reporting platforms (HeyOrca experience is required).

  • Content Management Systems: Hands-on experience navigating and updating WordPress websites.

  • AI Integration: A strong grasp of how to effectively prompt and utilize Claude or other AI writing tools for content generation and copywriting.

  • Brand Authority: Experience establishing and documenting a brand voice.

  • Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and/or Figma is a strong plus.
