We are looking for a high-performance Marketing & Paid Ads Manager to drive our entire growth engine—both Paid and Organic.
You own the ecosystem. We have a massive asset (100k+ YouTube Subscribers & large Email List) and significant ad budget capability. Your job is to monetize both. There will be months where we scale Paid Ads aggressively ($50k+), and months where we turn ads OFF and rely 100% on Organic. You must be able to pivot instantly and drive revenue in either scenario.
If you do not meet these four specific criteria, do not apply.
1. Proven Ad Spend Experience ($20k - $50k+/mo)
You must have hands-on experience managing monthly budgets of $20,000 minimum. We scale aggressively during peak seasons ($2k/day). You must be comfortable spending significant budgets on YouTube & Meta without hesitation, using data (Hyros) to justify every dollar.
2. Organic Strategy & Channel Ownership (100k+ Subs)
You are not just buying traffic; you are nurturing a community.
- You will own the strategy for our 100k+ YouTube Channel and Email List.
- You understand the YouTube algorithm (CTR, AVD, Session Time) and how to convert views into sales calls without killing reach.
- You are responsible for growth when Paid Ads are paused.
3. Elite Copywriting
We do not hire marketers who cannot write. You must understand the psychology of persuasion across all formats: Ad Scripts, Email Sequences, Funnel Headlines, and Thumbnail Text.
Responsibilities
~2 min readThis is a "Full Stack" role. You must possess deep experience in these three pillars:
1. Organic Growth & Content Direction (The Engine)
- →YouTube Command Center: You own the channel strategy. This includes topic research, scripting, and ensuring the "packaging" (Title + Thumbnail) achieves a high Click-Through-Rate (CTR). You provide the vision; the editor executes.
- →Thumbnail Science: You understand that the Thumbnail is the most important ad creative. You provide specific direction to designers on composition, contrast, curiosity gaps, and copy overlays.
- →Short-Form Strategy: You drive the vertical video strategy (Shorts/Reels/TikTok). You know how to repurpose long-form content into viral clips and how to script original short-form content that drives traffic to the main offer.
- →Content Assets: You write and structure Video Sales Letters (VSLs) and website content that persuades organic traffic to take action.
2. Paid Acquisition (The Gas)
- →Media Buying Strategy: Strategic management of YouTube and Meta campaigns. You understand how to scale winners and cut losers based on ROAS/CPA.
- →Data Integrity: You are proficient in Hyros and understand that bad data leads to bad decisions. You audit the tracking to ensure 100% accuracy.
- →Testing Methodology: You run scientific tests on creatives, audiences, and offers. You don't just "boost posts"; you build campaigns with clear hypotheses.
3. Tech, Systems & Automation (The Infrastructure)
- →Architect vs. Builder: You will have an Automation Specialist to help build, but you are the Architect. You map out the customer journey and define the logic for the automations.
- →System Competency: While you have support, you must be "dangerous" enough to fix a broken Zapier connection or ManyChat flow yourself if needed. You understand how data passes from Ad -> Landing Page -> CRM.
- →Funnel Logic (GHL): You oversee the architecture inside GoHighLevel. You ensure pipelines, tags, and email triggers are set up correctly to maximize lead conversion.

- Automation: Zapier / Make (Architect level understanding)
- Project Mgmt: Notion / Asana
- Revenue Consistency: You drive leads and sales calls consistently, whether via $50k ad spend or pure organic strategy.
- Organic Growth: You increase the subscriber base and email list engagement through strategic content and ManyChat funnels.
- Creative Performance: Your direction leads to higher CTRs on thumbnails and ads.
- Operational Speed: You remove friction for the Founder by having scripts, plans, and systems ready to go.
