About the Role
~1 min read- Each week, you will deliver structured creative briefs (typically Mondays)
- Briefs are created in Notion and consumed by video editors
- Editors execute your vision into video and static creatives
- Performance data feeds back into your next round of concepts
- You may work across 1–3 brands simultaneously, depending on priorities.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Research customer avatars, competitors, and market trends
- →Develop creative angles, hooks, and ad concepts
- →Create structured weekly creative briefs for video editors
- →Build and manage testing frameworks (hooks, formats, messaging)
- →Analyze performance data and iterate quickly
- →Identify and scale winning creatives
- →Collaborate closely with editors to ensure strong execution
- Proven experience in Meta ads / performance creative
- Strong understanding of direct-response marketing and customer psychology
- Ability to generate high-volume, high-quality creative ideas
- Experience working across multiple brands or campaigns
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment
- Strong ownership and results-driven mindset
