We are a fast-growing U.S.-based service company focused on acquiring and scaling local operations throughout the Southern United States. Customer relationships and trust are at the center of everything we do, and we are looking for highly personable, customer-focused professionals to help us deliver a seamless experience during periods of business transition and growth.
This is a high-trust, customer-facing role where professionalism, emotional intelligence, and communication skills are absolutely critical.
We are hiring two remote team members who will support both customer service and accounts receivable functions. These roles will work closely together and may share responsibilities depending on business needs.
This position is ideal for someone who is:

The ideal candidate has a highly neutral English accent and can communicate in a way that feels natural and familiar to customers in the Southern United States.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- Answer inbound customer calls professionally and confidently
- Assist customers with account updates and service-related questions
- Collect and verify customer information including:
- Phone numbers
- Email addresses
- Billing details
- Service addresses
- Help customers transition smoothly during company acquisitions and onboarding processes
- Build rapport and create positive customer experiences during every interaction
- Maintain a calm, friendly, and solutions-oriented tone on calls
- Contact customers regarding overdue balances and outstanding invoices
- Secure payment methods and assist customers with setting up autopay
- Process customer payments securely and accurately
- Encourage customers to prepay or enroll in long-term payment arrangements
- Follow payment collection procedures with professionalism and empathy
- Escalate sensitive account situations when necessary
- Maintain accurate customer records in internal systems
- Document customer interactions and payment updates
- Assist with outbound communication campaigns during acquisitions or account transitions
- Collaborate with internal leadership to improve customer processes and retention
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Highly neutral or minimal accent required
- Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal communication skills
- Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound phone calls
- Ability to build trust quickly with customers
- Confident discussing billing and payment information over the phone
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Nice to Have
