By combining deep industry expertise with cutting-edge technology, we streamline supply chains, optimize freight capacity, and provide absolute transparency to our shipping and carrier partners. As we continue to scale, we are looking for a tech-savvy Data Analyst & Automation Specialist to modernize our internal reporting frameworks and build high-impact automation pipelines.

This is a highly impactful, hybrid position designed for a technical professional who sits at the intersection of data analytics, business intelligence, and process automation. You will not just be building static reports; you will actively write Python scripts, build robust data pipelines, and deploy AI-driven workflows to transform how our logistics business operates.

A primary focus of this role will be optimization—specifically leading the end-to-end automation of our high-volume invoice processing function and building dynamic business dashboards to drive real-time operational decisions.

• →Business Intelligence & Dashboards: Design, build, and maintain enterprise-level Tableau dashboards that translate complex logistics, lane, and financial data into clear, actionable business insights.
• →Data Pipeline Automation: Write, deploy, and maintain clean Python scripts to automate daily operational reporting, API integrations, and data extraction pipelines.
• →Financial Process Automation: Take ownership of automating our billing and invoice processing function from end to end, leveraging optical character recognition (OCR), AI tools, or script-based workflows to eliminate manual data entry errors.
• →Advanced Data Analysis: Perform deep-dive data manipulation and analysis using advanced Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, Power Query) and SQL database queries to support executive decision-making.
• →AI & Workflow Optimization: Proactively audit manual, repetitive workflows across our brokerage operations and design practical, AI-powered automation solutions to maximize team efficiency.

• 3+ Years of Direct Experience: Proven track record working strictly within business intelligence, data engineering, or automated analytics environments.
• Tableau Mastery (Essential): Advanced proficiency in Tableau Desktop and Server. You must have direct experience building complex, user-friendly data visualizations from scratch.
• Strong Python Capabilities: Solid background in Python scripting, with an emphasis on automation libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Requests, Selenium, or OpenPyXL).
• Advanced Excel & Analytical Rigor: Expert-level knowledge of Excel for rapid data modeling, ad-hoc calculations, and auditing automated outputs.
• AI Integration Literacy: A practical understanding of modern AI tools, LLM APIs, or intelligent document processing (IDP) software and how to apply them to back-office workflows.
• Problem-Solving Mindset: A proactive professional who naturally hunts down operational inefficiencies and enjoys building scalable, programmatic solutions.
