We are seeking an ambitious, execution-oriented eCommerce Digital Marketer to help scale our online presence, optimize the website user experience, accelerate customer acquisition, and drive measurable revenue growth.

This is a highly visible, hands-on operational role working directly with the company's founders. Rather than a traditional, siloed marketing position, this role serves as a cross-functional hybrid encompassing website optimization, conversion rate optimization (CRO), on-page SEO execution, data analytics, and modern AI-assisted content production.

We are not looking for a senior strategic executive (such as a CMO or VP of Growth) to dictate company direction, nor are we looking for a task-only virtual assistant who requires constant hand-holding. We are searching for a highly capable mid-level operator who sits in the sweet spot between strategy and execution—someone who possesses strong marketing fundamentals, takes extreme ownership of projects, and possesses the execution capacity to turn leadership's vision into reality.

Responsibilities

1. Shopify & Website Optimization (CRO)

  • Storefront Management: Maintain, audit, and continuously optimize our core Shopify website ecosystem to ensure peak performance, flawless navigation, and a superior user experience.
  • Landing Page Architecture: Design, build, and deploy high-converting landing pages for product launches, seasonal campaigns, and marketing promotions.
  • Catalog Expansion: Create, format, and update sophisticated product pages, ensuring newer catalog items receive optimal merchandising visibility alongside legacy products.
  • Technical Quality Control: Systematically identify and resolve broken links, formatting errors, or navigation bottlenecks across the platform.

2. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Content Production

  • On-Page SEO Execution: Conduct keyword research and implement structural on-page SEO improvements across product and category collections to lift organic search visibility.
  • AI-Assisted Workflows: Leverage cutting-edge generative AI platforms to efficiently research, draft, refine, and optimize educational content, copy, and product meta-descriptions without sacrificing human critical thinking.
  • Creative Asset Design: Utilize Canva and other modern design suites to build and publish supporting visual marketing collateral and digital content assets.

3. Analytics, KPI Ownership & Business Intelligence

  • Performance Dashboards: Devote 15-20% of the weekly workflow to tracking, analyzing, and reporting core website performance metrics and consumer behaviors.
  • Actionable Reporting: Maintain comprehensive KPI dashboards monitoring organic traffic trends, conversion rate improvements, cross-sell/upsell effectiveness, and product category growth.
  • Data-Driven Advisory: Translate raw data streams from Google Search Console and internal analytics into clear, actionable optimization recommendations for executive leadership.

4. Continuous Improvement & Growth Support

  • Proactively research emerging software platforms, automation tools, and technology stacks to streamline workflows and accelerate output.
  • Support email marketing initiatives and digital promotional campaigns to enhance qualified customer acquisition metrics.

  • Experience: 3–5+ years of hands-on digital marketing and website operations experience directly supporting growing eCommerce brands.
  • Platform Mastery: Deep, practical familiarity administering and modifying Shopify storefronts.
  • SEO Foundations: Proven track record conducting basic keyword research, monitoring Google Search Console, and executing on-page SEO optimization frameworks.
  • Advanced AI Fluency: Daily operational comfort utilizing multiple generative AI platforms simultaneously to accelerate research, validate concepts, compare outputs, and increase daily task productivity.
  • The "High-Agency" Operator Mindset: Exceptional resourcefulness and problem-solving skills. You must be highly coachable, ask thoughtful questions, and enjoy figuring out new systems or software independently.
  • Communication: Flawless verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to maintain clear, direct professional alignment with company founders.
  • Organic Growth: Measurable increases in organic traffic, search impressions, and targeted keyword rankings.
  • Funnel Efficiency: Demonstrable lifts in conversion rates (CR), average order value (AOV), and upsell/cross-sell conversion metrics.
  • Operational Velocity: Swift, error-free deployment of new product pages, marketing landing pages, and content updates against scheduled milestones.
  • Data Transparency: Consistent, reliable delivery of actionable KPI reporting that directly informs leadership's commercial decisions.
