About US
We are a fast-growing, rehab-focused chiropractic clinic in Saskatoon helping active adults and athletes get back to training, competing, and living without limitations.
We are not a traditional chiropractic office. Our clinic combines hands-on care, objective movement testing, rehabilitation, and strength-based recovery to deliver a premium patient experience focused on long-term results, not quick fixes.
We operate to high standards, our patients expect a premium experience, and every role in the clinic exists to move people closer to long-term results. We are building something, and this role is central to that.
About This Role
This is a sales and patient development role, not an administrative one.
The Patient Development & Sales Coordinator owns every conversation that happens before, between, and after patient visits. You are the voice of on the phone, in the inbox, and in the DMs. From the first inbound inquiry to re-engaging a patient who has fallen out of care, you are the person who turns interest into commitment and keeps patients connected to their results.
Many of the people who reach out to us have been let down by other healthcare providers before. They are skeptical, sometimes overwhelmed, and carrying real frustration from past experiences. They need someone who can make them feel heard, understood, and confident that reaching out to us was the right decision. That is your job.
This is a fully remote, full-time position. You will work closely with our in-clinic team, who handle the in-person patient experience, scheduling, and front desk. Your focus stays entirely on conversion and retention: inbound and outbound calls, Discovery Calls, social media outreach, and patient reactivation. You will be measured on outcomes, not hours logged.
What You Will Own
• Handle inbound phone inquiries from prospective and current patients with warmth, professionalism, and a sales-minded approach
• Conduct scheduled Discovery Calls (15 to 25 min) with new and prospective patients, ensuring they are informed, confident, and committed before their first visit
• Handle objections to price, scheduling, and commitment with empathy and confidence
• Communicate the value of our care model clearly, helping prospective patients understand why our approach is different and worth the investment
• Own rescheduling recovery by proactively following up with patients who have cancelled, gone overdue, or disengaged from their care plan
• Conduct past patient reactivation outreach to bring former patients back into care
• Contact all new Instagram followers using a proven sell-by-chat script, converting social media interest into booked consultations
• Manage outbound patient communication via phone, email, and our CRM system
• Monitor your own conversion and recovery metrics weekly and bring solutions when numbers are off target
• Support new patient pre-appointment communication, ensuring every patient arrives informed, excited, and ready to commit
• Coordinate closely with the in-clinic team to ensure seamless handoffs between patient development and in-person care
What This Role Is Not
To be clear about where your responsibilities begin and end:
• This is not a front desk or in-person role. Our in-clinic team handles greeting, scheduling, and the in-person patient experience
• Insurance billing, workers compensation submissions, and back-office admin are handled by our dedicated administrator
• This is not a task-based job where success means completing a checklist. Success means patients convert, show up, and stay in care
• This is not a role for someone who needs to be told what to do next. You will be expected to own your pipeline, manage your time, and bring solutions
Schedule & Structure
This is a full-time, fully remote position. Your hours will align with clinic operating hours so you are reachable when patients are calling and engaging, including some morning, afternoon, and early evening availability. Exact scheduling will be discussed during the interview process.
Experience: 2–4 years.
- Systems & "Unicorn" Profile:
- Systems: GoHighLevel (CRM), JNAB (scheduling).
- Why: No specific prior experience is required; E3 has a robust training system
Who Thrives in This Role
This role is a strong fit for someone who:
• Is genuinely energized by meaningful conversations with people they have never met
• Communicates with warmth, clarity, and quiet confidence on the phone and over DM
• Is naturally good at recalling names and personal details so that every patient feels remembered and cared for, even over the phone
• Is completely comfortable discussing price, value, and commitment without hesitation or apology
• Thinks in terms of outcomes and takes personal ownership of their numbers
• Is self-directed and thrives working independently without constant oversight
• Is detail-oriented and follows through on every commitment, every time
• Picks up new systems, scripts, and processes quickly
• Welcomes feedback and coaching as tools for growth, not criticism
• Wants to be part of a clinic that is building something, not just filling a seat
What We Offer
• Competitive full-time wage commensurate with experience
• Performance-based bonus potential as you grow into the role
• Fully remote flexibility with a structured, outcome-driven schedule
• A clearly defined role with real ownership where your results are visible and your impact is direct
• Ongoing training, scripting support, and direct coaching from the clinic owner •A front-row seat to how a premium, systems-driven rehab clinic is built
