About the Role
~1 min readWe are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Graphic Designer to support the development of custom artwork for screen printing and embroidery projects.
This role is responsible for creating, editing, and preparing designs for production while ensuring all files meet print and embroidery specifications. You will work closely with internal teams and occasionally clients to bring concepts to life and ensure designs are both visually appealing and production-ready.
This position is ideal for someone who understands the technical side of design and enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- Create custom graphics for apparel, merchandise, and promotional products
- Translate client ideas into compelling visual designs
- Develop mockups and proofs for client review
- Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and client expectations
- Prepare and finalize files for screen printing and embroidery
- Convert artwork into vector formats when required
- Ensure proper color separations for screen printing
- Adjust designs to meet embroidery limitations and specifications
- Maintain organized design files and project assets
- Ensure proper naming conventions and version control
- Manage multiple design requests simultaneously
- Work closely with production and operations teams
- Communicate clearly regarding design feasibility and adjustments
- Incorporate feedback from internal teams and clients
- Ensure timely delivery of design assets
- Review all artwork for accuracy before production
- Ensure designs meet technical requirements and quality standards
- Catch and correct errors before files are sent to print
- 2–5 years of experience in graphic design
- Strong portfolio showcasing design work (preferably in apparel or print)
- Experience creating print-ready artwork
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, and color theory
- Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Creative and visually driven mindset
