Position Overview

  • Role Purpose: Drive the front-end sales pipeline by executing outbound dialing, triaging inbound lead flows, qualifying prospective clients, and scheduling high-value opportunities for our closing team.
  • Employment Type: Full-Time Independent Contractor (Offshore)
  • Approved Regions: Open exclusively to elite sales talent in Latin America (LATAM) and South Africa.
  • Compensation Structure: $1,000 USD / month base retainer + highly lucrative 2.5% to 5% commissions on closed deals.
  • Earning Potential: Our average high-ticket packages range from $15,000 to $25,000 USD. With an average monthly pipeline generation of $100,000+, your projected commissions are an extra $2,500 to $5,000+ USD per month.

We run a fast-scaling, premium online coaching business delivering elite, transformative results to our clients. We market and sell premium, high-ticket packages valued at $15,000 to $25,000 USD. Because our marketing engines and ad campaigns are generating massive volume, we need a high-energy, elite front-end sales professional to capture, qualify, and capitalize on this momentum.

Let’s be entirely clear from the start: This is an elite Appointment Setter / Triage Sales Representative position, NOT a Closer role. You are the vital gatekeeper of our revenue engine. Your mission is not to give the final pitch or collect payments; your mission is to hunt, connect, and triage. You will partner directly with our senior Closers, keeping their calendars booked solid with hyper-qualified, eager prospects.

Because we sell exceptionally high-ticket packages, the commissions on this front-end role are massively lucrative compared to standard industry averages. If you are an aggressive hunter who loves setting up the play, this role offers an incredible financial upside.

  • Rapid Speed-to-Lead: Instantly engage with inbound leads generated from active paid advertising campaigns, turning casual clicks into booked conversations.

Requirements

  • Inbound Qualification: Answer and manage incoming discovery calls. You will ruthlessly triage prospects against our strict qualification metrics (budget, authority, need, and timeline).
  • Calendar Management: Seamlessly transition highly qualified, high-intent prospects onto the calendars of our senior Closers, ensuring a flawless handoff experience.
  • Perfect, Fluent English: Flawless verbal and written English communication is an absolute, non-negotiable requirement. You must possess neutral or western-friendly phrasing to communicate effortlessly with premium high-ticket prospects. Must have an Iphone.
  • Proven High-Ticket Setting Experience: 1–3+ years of verifiable experience working as a Setter, SDR, BDR, or Triage Rep specifically within the online coaching, digital agency, or info-product space. You understand the psychology of online coaching funnels.
  • The "Hunter" Mentality: You possess an exceptionally high rejection tolerance and a genuine passion for high-volume outbound dialing. You thrive on the thrill of the chase and fixing broken funnels.
  • Tech Agility: Highly proficient navigating modern remote sales stacks (GoHighLevel, Close, HubSpot, Zoom, Discord and digital calendar engines).
  • Sustained Follow-up: Maintain an organized, multi-touch follow-up cadence via phone, text, and email to maximize pipeline conversion rates.
  • Data Integrity: Keep our internal CRM meticulously updated with clean notes, call dispositions, and prospect pain points.
