• Manage dead stock, slow-moving inventory, and inter-location inventory transfers.
• Develop and maintain inventory stocking policies.

• Oversee internal logistics and inventory movement between locations.
• Analyze routing and logistics performance to improve operational efficiency.
• Partner with branch leaders to optimize distribution processes.

• Standardize supply chain processes across multiple locations.

• 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Purchasing, or Inventory Management.
• Experience standardizing operational processes across multiple locations.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Experience working with ERP systems (P21 or similar platforms).
• Fluent, professional-level English (spoken and written). This role works closely with US-based leadership and requires near-native communication skills. The interview process includes English assessments.

• Experience in industrial distribution, manufacturing, or similar operational environments.
• Experience with vendor-managed inventory (VMI) programs.
• Experience supporting systems implementations, migrations, or operational integrations.

Remote, based anywhere in Latin America, with full overlap with US business hours. Occasional travel to company locations may be required.
