Landman

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Leasing Landman to join our team. In this role, you will support land acquisition and lease negotiations, assist with title research, and coordinate with contract agencies to execute land agreements efficiently and accurately. You’ll work closely with internal legal and operations teams, and interact with external stakeholders to support ongoing energy development projects.

This role is ideal for someone with foundational experience in land services, strong interpersonal skills, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced, tech-enabled environment.

• Prior experience in land leasing, title research, or a related field.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Adobe Acrobat.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

• Experience working in the energy sector (e.g., oil, gas, renewables).

• Familiarity with land titles, deeds, curative processes, and mineral rights.

• Exposure to GIS tools or SaaS platforms related to land management.
