We are launching a dedicated lead generation channel as a separate vertical within our existing real estate and transaction business. This is a high-impact, high-reward role designed for a "hunter" who thrives on immediate engagement and strategic qualification.

As the Lead Engagement Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for every new lead generated through our Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns. Your mission is to respond instantly, qualify the lead according to our criteria, and book appointments for our field service team to visit properties. We are starting with a small volume of leads as a "test run," but the goal is to scale this role into a cornerstone of our customer acquisition strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Instant Response: Monitor incoming PPC leads via email and text notifications, ensuring a near-instant response time to maximize conversion.
  • Multi-Channel Outreach: Engage leads through a consistent cadence of phone calls, text messages, and emails.
  • Lead Qualification: Conduct discovery conversations to determine if the lead meets our minimum service requirements before scheduling a house visit.
  • Appointment Setting: Successfully book calls and on-site appointments for the service providers, ensuring all logistical data is collected.
  • Database Ownership: Manage a separate, dedicated CRM for this new lead funnel, ensuring every interaction is logged and no lead falls through the cracks.
  • Workflow Optimization (Dream Scenario): If you are tech-savvy, you will help build out and refine automated workflows, drip campaigns, and lead triggers to improve the efficiency of the funnel.
  • Pipeline Reporting: Provide regular updates on lead volume, qualification rates, and appointment successful outcomes.
  • Proven Engagement Success: Previous experience in appointment setting, lead qualification, or outbound sales.
  • Minimal Accent: Because you will be calling US-based homeowners, a neutral or minimal accent is required to ensure clear communication and trust-building.
  • Real Estate/Home Services Knowledge: Experience in real estate or home service industries is a significant plus but not required.
  • Exceptional Communication: Fluent in English with a professional, persuasive writing style for emails and texts.
  • High Persistence: You understand that "the fortune is in the follow-up" and aren't afraid to call a lead multiple times to secure an appointment.
  • Self-Motivated: You are excited by the prospect of building a channel from the ground up and helping the company scale.
  • Tech Proficiency: Comfortable working with CRMs, VoIP systems (like Dialpad or RingCentral), and automation tools.
  • Direct Revenue Impact: You are the engine behind our newest growth channel. Your success directly dictates our ability to scale this vertical.
  • Growth Opportunity: If the "test run" is successful, this role will evolve into a senior leadership or operations position within the lead gen department.
