We are a rapidly growing U.S.-based precision medicine and longevity company helping men and women optimize their health through personalized care, advanced diagnostics, hormone optimization, metabolic health, weight management, and evidence-based treatment plans.
We operate a direct-to-consumer, subscription-based telehealth model, which means the patient relationship doesn't end at the first purchase — it begins there. Refills, adherence, re-testing, and long-term engagement are central to both patient outcomes and the business. Owned channels are how we stay in that relationship at scale.
About the Role
~1 min readThis role exists to build and run the day-to-day email and SMS automation that keeps our patients engaged from first touch through long-term retention.
You'll work under the direction of our growth team, who set the lifecycle strategy and priorities. Your job is to bring those programs to life in HubSpot: building the workflows, setting up the segments, scheduling the sends, running the tests, and reporting on how everything performs. Where the strategy is defined, you own the execution.
This is a hands-on role for someone early in their lifecycle marketing career who is strong in HubSpot, highly organized, and wants to grow into broader ownership over time. You'll get direct exposure to how a subscription healthcare business drives retention and lifetime value, with a clear path to expand your scope as you demonstrate results.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- Build and maintain automated email and SMS workflows in HubSpot based on defined lifecycle plans
- Set up trigger-based flows tied to patient behavior and lifecycle stage
- Schedule and deploy campaign and automated sends accurately and on time
- Quality-check every send for correct segmentation, links, personalization, and timing
Build and maintain the workflows behind our core lifecycle programs, including:
- Lead nurture and pre-purchase follow-up
- Welcome and patient onboarding
- Checkout and cart abandonment recovery
- Subscription enrollment and refill reminders
- Retention, win-back, and reactivation flows
- Cross-sell and upsell sequences across care categories
- Build and update audience segments based on behavior and lifecycle stage
- Maintain list hygiene, suppression rules, and preference/unsubscribe management
- Help keep CRM data clean and organized
- Handle day-to-day setup and maintenance of workflows, lists, and properties in HubSpot
- Keep the automation environment organized and well-documented
- Monitor deliverability and flag issues to the growth team
- Execute A/B tests on subject lines, content, timing, and cadence as directed
- Build and maintain performance reports on opens, clicks, conversions, and revenue by send
- Track lifecycle KPIs (retention, subscription conversion, LTV) and surface insights and patterns
- Follow established guidelines for CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and SMS consent
- Keep consent, preference, and unsubscribe handling accurate
- Flag any messaging or compliance concerns to the growth and clinical teams
- Coordinate with Creative on assets and copy
- Work with Growth on campaign timing and funnel handoffs
- Check details against the real patient journey with Customer Experience and Clinical
Requirements
~1 min read- 1–3 years in email marketing, lifecycle marketing, CRM, or marketing automation
- Hands-on experience building workflows and automations in HubSpot
- Familiarity with both email and SMS execution
- Solid understanding of segmentation, list hygiene, and deliverability basics
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong quality-control habits
- Comfortable reading performance data and reporting on results
- Experience in DTC, subscription, e-commerce, or telehealth
- HubSpot certifications (Marketing Hub, Marketing Automation)
- Basic email HTML and template editing
- Exposure to healthcare, wellness, or other regulated messaging environments
