We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support a team of commercial real estate brokers with marketing initiatives related to property listings, business development, and broker branding efforts.
This role is responsible for creating, editing, coordinating, and managing high-quality marketing collateral while ensuring all deliverables are completed accurately, professionally, and on time. The ideal candidate is proactive, responsive, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and capable of managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
The Marketing Assistant will work closely with brokers, marketing leadership, internal departments, and external vendors to support marketing initiatives that directly contribute to leasing, investment sales, and business development activities.
This is a full-time remote position working 30 hours per week.
This position reports directly to the Director of Integrated Marketing & Operations.
Responsibilities
~1 min readCreate, edit, and coordinate marketing materials for commercial real estate listings, including:
- Property brochures
- Tour books
- E-blasts and email campaigns
- Open house and event materials
- Listing presentations and related marketing collateral
Ensure all marketing materials follow company branding guidelines, maintain a high-quality visual standard, and are accurate before distribution.
Coordinate revisions, feedback, and approvals with brokers and marketing leadership to ensure timely completion of all deliverables.
Maintain organized marketing assets, templates, property information, and listing documentation.
Support the timely launch of property marketing campaigns across digital and print platforms.
Review, analyze, and audit marketing data, including property listings, email marketing schedules, campaign details, and related documentation.
Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure the successful execution of marketing projects.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
Assist brokers with day-to-day marketing requests, administrative support, and operational needs.
Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders regarding project timelines, priorities, deliverables, and updates.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and strengthen marketing execution.
Support additional marketing, administrative, and operational duties as assigned.
Requirements
~1 min readBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 1+ year of experience in marketing, commercial real estate marketing, graphic design, or a related field.
Experience creating and editing professional marketing materials.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team.
Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills.
High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate shifting priorities, deadlines, and project requirements.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including:
- PowerPoint
- Word
- Excel
- Outlook
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including:
- InDesign
- Photoshop
- Illustrator
Experience with email marketing platforms such as Constant Contact or similar tools.
Familiarity with CRM systems and commercial real estate marketing platforms is a plus.
Experience with task management tools such as Asana or similar platforms is preferred.
