We are the only fully domestic manufacturer of servo-controlled plastic bag converting machines in the United States. We serve major flexible packaging companies, hold an active U.S. Naval Surface Warfare Center defense contract, and are scaling from $7M to $50M in revenue, including a new facility opening in Copiague, NY in late 2026.

We are looking for a Brand & Marketing Manager to own our brand end-to-end — from the website and digital presence to every piece of marketing content, graphic design, and campaign that goes to market. This is a builder role with a direct seat at the table in shaping how the company goes to market.

You will set the visual standard, define how the company shows up to customers, prospects, partners, employees, and the defense community, and ensure the brand reflects the technical sophistication and craftsmanship behind the products we build.

  • Define and steward the company’s brand identity — voice, visual system, positioning, and standards — across every customer, employee, investor, and partner touchpoint.
  • Build a brand that competes with the most modern industrial and B2B technology brands in the market.
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines (typography, color, logo system, imagery, tone) and enforce them across internal and external use.
  • Lead brand evolution as the company grows from a regional manufacturer into a national platform.
  • Own the company website end-to-end: design, content, structure, performance, SEO, analytics, and conversion.
  • Lead the redesign and ongoing evolution of the site, working with developers and outside vendors as needed.
  • Build product, application, and case-study pages that convert high-intent traffic into qualified sales conversations.
  • Establish and report on website performance metrics (traffic, time on page, lead conversion, SEO rankings).
  • Produce high-quality visual content including product imagery, technical illustrations, sales collateral, trade show graphics, presentations, proposals, capability statements, application notes, and customer-facing one-pagers.
  • Direct and manage photography and video shoots of machinery, the production floor, and customer installations.
  • Create campaign creative across email, paid digital, organic social (LinkedIn priority), and trade publications.
  • Maintain a centralized source of truth for marketing assets used by sales, leadership, and partners.
  • Plan, execute, and measure integrated marketing campaigns aligned with sales priorities — including new product launches, preventative maintenance programs, spare parts, and defense-related work.
  • Build and manage the marketing calendar tied to trade shows and industry events.
  • Run the lead-generation engine: landing pages, lead capture, email nurture, retargeting, and reporting.
  • Partner with sales to translate campaign-generated interest into qualified pipeline opportunities.
  • Own the marketing tech stack — CMS, email/marketing automation, analytics, and design tools.
  • Manage outside agencies, freelance designers, photographers, videographers, and printers when needed.
  • Define KPIs for brand reach, website performance, and campaign-sourced pipeline, reporting monthly to leadership.
  • Operate within budget and demonstrate ROI on marketing spend.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience spanning graphic design, brand management, and campaign execution.
  • A portfolio demonstrating brand systems, website work, and campaigns with measurable impact.
  • Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma.
  • Hands-on experience managing websites (WordPress, Webflow, or comparable), including content updates, SEO fundamentals, and analytics.
  • Excellent typography, layout, and visual systems thinking.
  • Ability to translate technical subject matter into compelling visual communication.
  • Self-directed and entrepreneurial mindset; comfortable owning the marketing function.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
