Role:  Ops & Social Media Assistant
Priority Location: Philippines & South Africa
Working Hours: 9am - 5pm (Mon - Fri) EST  
Salary Range: $1,000 - $1,300 USD ($) per month, with potential to increase to ~$1,500/month based on performance and company growth (The final offer is at the client’s discretion and depends on the candidate’s interview result, skills, and experience.)

Key Responsibilities:

Operations & Outreach

  • Research and identify professors, speakers, and venue partners for upcoming events
  • Conduct outreach to potential speakers and brewery/venue partners
  • Coordinate schedules, dates, and event logistics
  • Manage ongoing communication and follow-ups with external partners
  • Track outreach pipelines and ensure conversations continue moving forward
  • Assist with expansion efforts into new cities including NYC and Dallas
  • Provide light project management support across multiple active events

Social Media & Content Execution

  • Manage and maintain a consistent social media posting schedule
  • Execute daily social media posts based on the founder’s creative direction
  • Assist with content scheduling and maintaining a content calendar
  • Ensure consistency in online brand presence and engagement
  • Coordinate posting timelines and help keep marketing initiatives organized

Administrative Support

  • Help organize workflows and operational processes
  • Assist with task coordination and prioritization
  • Support the founder with general business operations as the company scales

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Previous experience in operations, coordination, executive assistance, project management, or social media support
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable handling external outreach professionally
  • Ability to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously
  • Proactive and self-motivated with strong follow-through
  • Comfortable working in a startup environment with evolving priorities
  • Able to work with overlap to US Eastern Time hours

Nice To Have:

  • Experience with social media scheduling and content execution preferred
  • Familiarity with AI tools and modern productivity tools is advantageous
