Integrator / COO (EOS-Driven Operations Leader)

Location: Remote (Preference for South Africa; open to Latin America)

Compensation:

South Africa: USD $3,500 to $4,500 per month

Latin America: USD $3,800 to $5,000 per month

Industry: Real Estate Investment, Private Lending, and Entrepreneurial Ventures

Schedule: Full-time, aligned with U.S. Central business hours

This organization operates across three verticals: real estate investment, private lending, and entrepreneurial ventures. Real estate investment includes acquisitions and asset operations. Private lending includes residential and commercial lending operations. Investor relationships span both verticals, supported by the operational infrastructure that runs across all of them.

The company is founder-led, fast-moving, and highly entrepreneurial. We value accountability, disciplined execution, calm operations, and long-term relationship building over corporate bureaucracy.

This is a small, tight-knit organization. Every person on the team punches above their weight. The right candidate will do the same.

The founder operates as a classic EOS Visionary and is seeking a highly capable Integrator who can translate ideas into execution, build operational structure, and create organizational clarity across the business.

We are seeking a high-level Integrator and COO to serve as the operational counterpart to the founder and the connective force across the organization.

This role is deeply aligned with the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS). The ideal candidate understands how to bring structure to visionary thinking, create accountability rhythms, establish operational clarity, and ensure priorities are executed consistently across the business.

The founder moves quickly and operates with intensity. This role requires the opposite temperament on the surface and the same standard underneath. We are looking for the yin to the yang. Calm, structured, and steady, while still operating at the speed and standard of an intense founder-led organization.

The right person is not simply an executor.

They are a business operator.

Someone who can absorb ideas quickly, pressure-test them operationally, translate them into clear plans, coordinate execution across the team, and ensure momentum continues without the founder needing to stay involved in every detail.

A defining trait of the right candidate is this: give them 60 percent of the puzzle and they go figure out how to solve the rest. They do not wait for the remaining pieces. They do not require everything mapped out in advance. They take partial direction, fill in the gaps with sound judgment, and come back with an executed plan.

This role will own operational cadence, accountability systems, communication flow, team alignment, process refinement, financial operational oversight, and organizational follow-through. It is a true operational leadership position responsible for helping the business scale calmly, predictably, and sustainably.

Act as the operational counterpart to the founder by translating strategic ideas into executable plans.

Refine ideas, pressure-test initiatives operationally, and identify implementation risks before execution begins.

Create organizational alignment between priorities, people, systems, and execution.

Serve as the central integrator across real estate investment, private lending, and entrepreneurial ventures.

Reduce operational friction by ensuring communication, priorities, and execution remain aligned.

Take 60 percent of an idea from the founder and return with a complete, executable plan.

Implement and maintain EOS-style operating rhythms across the organization.

Run weekly Level 10 meetings, accountability check-ins, and execution cadences.

Track Rocks, KPIs, deliverables, and operational commitments.

Ensure meetings are productive, actionable, and tied to measurable outcomes.

Build and reinforce accountability systems that improve consistency and follow-through.

Create reporting structures that provide visibility without unnecessary complexity.

Oversee day-to-day operational execution across the business portfolio.

Identify bottlenecks, execution gaps, inefficiencies, and organizational breakdowns.

Build scalable systems, workflows, SOPs, and operational documentation.

Ensure priorities are executed consistently without requiring founder intervention.

Hold team members accountable to deadlines, deliverables, and performance expectations.

Create structure around communication, delegation, and operational follow-through.

Improve organizational predictability and reduce reactive operational chaos.

Protect the founder's time, focus, and decision-making capacity.

Filter communication and determine what requires escalation versus independent resolution.

Ensure the founder enters meetings, decisions, and strategic conversations fully prepared.

Manage operational follow-up on strategic initiatives and cross-functional priorities.

Act as a trusted operational sounding board and execution partner.

Push back privately when needed while maintaining strong alignment publicly.

Develop and maintain meaningful operational KPIs and scorecards.

Create reporting rhythms across operational, financial, and execution functions.

Provide concise updates and operational summaries that support fast decision-making.

Track execution progress across multiple priorities simultaneously.

Identify risks early and proactively recommend solutions.

Drive visibility into operational performance without creating administrative bloat.

Oversee bookkeeping workflows, financial reporting coordination, and operational finance tracking.

Review monthly financials, cash flow summaries, and operational reporting.

Coordinate with internal and external bookkeeping and accounting resources.

Candidates with hands-on bookkeeping, operational finance, or controller-level exposure are strongly preferred.

This is not a CFO role, but financial operational fluency is a significant advantage.
