About the Role
~1 min read- Edit performance-based video ads for the Partner Creative Pod
- Produce ad variations, iterations, hook swaps, and cutdowns at high volume
- Execute against creative direction quickly and accurately within weekly sprints
- Ingest, organize, and manage raw footage and creative assets
- Maintain clean, reliable file organization within the creative pod system
- Keep the Meta ads library and related asset libraries current and orderly
- Package completed videos for delivery and upload
- Capture thumbnails, stills, and supporting assets
- Handle related post-production tasks across the broader marketing department
- Support weekly sprint priorities and production deadlines
- Communicate progress proactively and flag blockers early
- Assist other creative pods with editing or packaging when bandwidth allows
Requirements
~1 min read- Proven direct-response or DTC ad editing experience (Meta / Facebook / Instagram)
- Proficiency in the Adobe Suite, particularly Premiere Pro
- Ability to edit at high volume and speed without dropping quality or missing deadlines
- Strong organizational and file-management discipline
- Strong written and verbal English communication
- Reliable, committed full-time availability (40 hours per week)
- Hands-on experience scaling ad accounts for a DTC brand
- After Effects, motion graphics, captions, and dynamic text
- Comfort with UGC-style editing and tools like CapCut
- Familiarity with performance metrics (hook rate, thumb-stop rate, retention)
- Experience in the health, wellness, or supplement vertical

- Fast and reliable — you hit a weekly cadence and you don't disappear
- Comfortable with volume and repetition; variations and hook swaps are the job, not a chore
- Self-managing in an async remote environment; you take direction once and execute
- A clear communicator who can put thoughts into words on a call and in writing
- Someone who understands what makes an ad convert, not just what makes it look good
