About the Role
~1 min readWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Acquisitions Specialist to support our client's growth. This role involves sourcing, evaluating, and coordinating potential real estate investment opportunities. You will play a key part in helping the company scale its portfolio by identifying promising leads and maintaining strong communication with potential sellers.

Identify and analyze real estate acquisition opportunities through online platforms, cold outreach, and internal lead lists.

Manage and update the acquisitions CRM and track lead progress.

Conduct initial property evaluations and financial assessments.

Coordinate and schedule property inspections or calls with sellers.

Prepare offer documentation and assist in negotiations with sellers.

Collaborate closely with the leadership team to define target property profiles.

Maintain organized digital records of all interactions and documents.

Occasionally assist in overlapping operational and administrative tasks.

1+ years of experience in real estate acquisitions, inside sales, or lead generation.

Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
Nice to Have

Proficient with tools like CRM systems (e.g., Podio, HubSpot) and Excel/Google Sheets.
Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Understands confidentiality and data security best practices.
Familiarity with the U.S. real estate or property management market is a plus.
