Recruiter

We are looking for a motivated and detail oriented Recruiter to join our team. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates throughout the hiring process. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and skilled at building strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.

  Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking

  Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings

• →

  Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers

• →

  Maintain clear and professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process

• →

  Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs

• →

  Manage candidate information within the ATS and ensure records are updated accurately

• →

  Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities

• →

  Prepare candidate summaries and present shortlisted candidates to clients or internal stakeholders

• →

  Negotiate offers and assist candidates through the onboarding process

• →

  Meet recruitment KPIs and hiring deadlines

• Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple roles simultaneously

• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and applicant tracking systems

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

• Experience recruiting for remote or international positions

• Experience working with US based clients or companies

• Knowledge of Boolean search techniques and sourcing strategies
