About the Role: 

The Cold Caller (SDR) is responsible for high-volume outbound outreach to generate new business opportunities. This role is heavily KPI-driven and requires persistence, energy, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct 150–200 outbound calls per day
• Engage prospective clients and introduce services
• Qualify leads and pass opportunities to the sales team
• Track activity and outcomes on a weekly basis
• Follow scripts and processes while maintaining natural conversation quality

Requirements:

• Strong English communication skills (clear, confident phone presence)
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling
• Ability to meet daily and weekly KPIs
• Resilient and consistent in a repetitive task environment
• Must be consistently available and responsive during working hours

Performance Expectations:

• Daily call volume targets (150–200 calls)
• Consistent pipeline generation
• Focus on quality outcomes, not just meetings booked
