We are looking for a high-caliber, elite Senior B2B Social Media Strategist to take complete ownership of our organic digital presence and brand authority. This is not a "calendar-filling" or generalist social media role. We need a heavy-hitting, mathematically minded B2B marketing strategist who lives, breathes, and executes within the LinkedIn ecosystem, and who deeply understands that modern social media is a critical pillar of organic search (SEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).
In this role, you will be the bridge between high-level business goals and daily high-velocity execution. You are a "player-coach": someone who possesses the strategic maturity to design the entire B2B organic playbook, but who also holds the world-class copywriting and design-direction skills to execute the daily work. You will guide and align a team of specialists (SEO strategists, designers, copywriters) toward a unified content engine, ensuring that every post on LinkedIn actively builds topical authority, feeds our search strategy, and ensures our brand is cited across the future of search.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- LinkedIn Authority Architecture: Take 100% ownership of our corporate and founder LinkedIn presences. Develop and execute high-conversion strategies designed to cut through the noise, build high-intent organic pipelines, and capture the attention of C-suite decision-makers.
- Executive Ghostwriting & Thought Leadership: Sift through complex B2B concepts and translate them into highly engaging, witty, and authoritative LinkedIn content. You will ghostwrite for founders and key team members, mastering their unique voices and positioning them as undisputed industry leaders.
- Algorithm Mastery & Engagement: Stay at the bleeding edge of the LinkedIn algorithm. You know exactly how to structure text, leverage documents/PDF carousels, utilize rich media, and drive early engagement to maximize organic distribution.
- Employee Advocacy Systems: Architect and run programs that empower our internal team to leverage their personal networks on LinkedIn, amplifying our brand campaigns through systematic, non-forced employee advocacy.
- Social-Search Integration: We do not operate in silos. You must actively align the LinkedIn content engine with our broader Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategy. Every LinkedIn campaign must reinforce the key keyword clusters, search intent profiles, and landing pages designed by our SEO team.
- Generative Engine Optimization (GEO): Position our brand to dominate AI-driven search engines (Perplexity, Gemini, ChatGPT, Search GPT). You will ensure that our LinkedIn publishing and social PR strategies generate the high-authority digital footprint, unstructured brand mentions, and social signals required to be crawled, trusted, and cited by Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Cross-Channel Mentorship: Act as the primary editorial filter and mentor for our junior content creators and SEO team. You will ensure that SEO-focused blog posts are successfully repurposed into high-performing social content, and conversely, that high-performing LinkedIn topics are fed back to the SEO team to build permanent search assets.
- Attributed Revenue Analysis: Deeply analyze social and organic search analytics (GSC, HubSpot, LinkedIn Native, GA4) to track lead attribution. You will constantly pivot our strategy based on which content clusters are driving actual business pipeline, not just vanity engagement.
- AI Content Craftsmanship: Act as a highly efficient, "AI-augmented" creator. You are expected to use tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and Midjourney daily to generate initial drafts, run deep competitive research, analyze raw copy, and speed up creative asset generation—ensuring a massive scale of output with a 100% human, premium finish.
- Process Automation: Build and scale automated marketing workflows (using Zapier, Make, etc.) to handle repetitive scheduling, distribution, and cross-posting, freeing up your bandwidth to focus purely on strategic copy and growth.

~1 min read- Growth Fuel: Have a strong, working understanding of Paid Social (LinkedIn Ads & Meta Ads) to identify our highest-performing organic LinkedIn posts and suggest specific budget allocations to amplify those wins for retargeting and demand generation.
- B2B Growth Pedigree: 5+ years of dedicated B2B social media marketing experience. You know how to capture the attention of enterprise buyers and command respect in professional circles.
- LinkedIn Power User: A proven, demonstrable track record of scaling corporate and founder LinkedIn accounts. You can show us exactly how you’ve grown B2B audiences, structured copy, and driven real-world business outcomes on the platform.
- Deep SEO & GEO Literacy: You are highly literate in organic search. You understand keyword intent mapping, semantic SEO, schema markup, and how search engines index social content. You have a clear, forward-looking view on how ChatGPT/Perplexity search (GEO) is changing content marketing.
- The "Player-Coach" Mindset: You don't wait for a task list. You see the commercial goals, build the content strategy to hit them, coordinate the specialists to execute, and jump in to write the high-impact copy yourself.
- Elite Copywriting: You write with personality, intelligence, and restraint. You write like a seasoned human operator, not an AI bot. Your copy is sharp, punchy, typo-free, and optimized for professional B2B audiences.
- Technical AI Fluency: Deep, hands-on experience using generative AI platforms as a core part of your daily research, writing, and formatting processes.
- Analytical Precision: Comfort with data, analytics dashboards, and attributing organic traffic directly to pipeline growth.
- Flawless English: World-class written and verbal English communication is a non-negotiable requirement.
