Senior B2B Marketing & Social Media Manager
We are looking for a high-caliber, elite Senior B2B Marketing & Social Media Manager to take complete ownership of our organic digital presence and brand authority. This is not a "calendar-filling" social media role. We need a heavy-hitting, mathematically minded B2B marketing strategist who lives, breathes, and executes within the LinkedIn ecosystem while also orchestrating a broader marketing strategy. You deeply understand that modern social media is a critical pillar of organic search (SEO), Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and overall demand generation.
In this role, you will be the bridge between high-level business goals and daily high-velocity execution. You are a "player-coach": possessing the strategic maturity to design the entire B2B organic playbook, while maintaining the world-class copywriting and design-direction skills to execute the daily work. You will guide and align a team of specialists (SEO strategists, designers, copywriters) toward a unified content engine, ensuring that our brand is cited, trusted, and dominant across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Elite LinkedIn & B2B Strategy (Primary Focus)
- LinkedIn Authority Architecture: Take 100% ownership of our corporate and founder LinkedIn presences. Develop and execute high-conversion strategies designed to cut through the noise, build high-intent organic pipelines, and capture the attention of C-suite decision-makers.
- Executive Ghostwriting & Thought Leadership: Sift through complex B2B concepts and translate them into highly engaging, witty, and authoritative content. Master unique voices to position founders and team members as undisputed industry leaders.
- Algorithm Mastery & Engagement: Stay at the bleeding edge of algorithms (LinkedIn, etc.). Structure text, leverage rich media (PDF carousels, video), and drive engagement to maximize organic distribution.
- Employee Advocacy Systems: Architect and run programs that empower our internal team to leverage their networks, amplifying brand campaigns through systematic, non-forced advocacy.
Advanced SEO, GEO & Topical Authority Alignment
- Social-Search Integration: Actively align the social content engine with our broader Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategy. Reinforce keyword clusters, search intent profiles, and landing pages.
- Generative Engine Optimization (GEO): Position our brand to dominate AI-driven search engines (Perplexity, Gemini, ChatGPT, Search GPT). Ensure publishing and social PR strategies generate the high-authority digital footprint and social signals required to be crawled, trusted, and cited by LLMs.
- Cross-Channel Mentorship: Act as the primary editorial filter and mentor for junior content creators. Ensure SEO-focused blog posts are successfully repurposed into high-performing social content, and vice versa.
AI-Native Production & High-Velocity Workflows
- AI Content Craftsmanship: Act as a highly efficient, "AI-augmented" creator. Use tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and Midjourney daily to generate initial drafts, conduct deep competitive research, and speed up creative asset generation—ensuring a massive scale of output with a 100% human, premium finish.
- Process Automation: Build and scale automated marketing workflows (using Zapier, Make, etc.) to handle scheduling, distribution, and cross-posting, freeing up bandwidth for strategy.
Growth & Marketing Coordination (Bonus Areas)
- Paid Social Amplification: Utilize a working understanding of Paid Social (LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads) to identify high-performing organic posts and amplify them for retargeting and demand generation.
- Integrated Channel Expansion: Manage and extend social strategy into other relevant platforms (e.g., YouTube Shorts, TikTok) where appropriate for our B2B audience.
- Marketing Coordination: Serve as a bridge between freelancers, partners, and internal team members to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
- Long-Form Content Development: Lead the development of high-quality long-form blog pieces and whitepapers that can be repurposed into shorter social media threads and snippets.
Who You Are
Experience & Must-Haves
- B2B Growth Pedigree: At least 4 years of dedicated B2B marketing/social media experience. Proven ability to capture the attention of enterprise buyers and command respect in professional circles.
- LinkedIn Power User: A demonstrable track record of scaling corporate and founder LinkedIn accounts, with specific examples of growing audiences and driving business outcomes.
- Deep SEO & GEO Literacy: Highly literate in organic search, keyword intent mapping, semantic SEO, and the changing landscape of AI search (GEO).
- The "Player-Coach" Mindset: You build the strategy, coordinate the execution, and jump in to write the high-impact copy yourself. You are entrepreneurial, proactive, and willing to experiment across new channels.
Skills & Competencies
- Elite Copywriting: You write with personality, intelligence, and restraint. Your copy is sharp, punchy, typo-free, and optimized for B2B audiences.
- Technical AI Fluency: Deep, hands-on experience using generative AI platforms as a core part of your daily research, writing, and formatting processes.
- Analytical Precision: Comfort with data, analytics dashboards (HubSpot, GA4, GSC, LinkedIn Native), and attributing organic traffic directly to pipeline growth.
- Flawless English: World-class written and verbal communication is non-negotiable.
