We are a structured real estate investment and private lending organization managing capital, investor relationships, loan execution, and a defined property portfolio.

The business operates with documented SOPs, clear reporting rhythms, and disciplined systems. The CEO focuses on capital allocation, deal structuring, and growth. This role exists to protect that focus and ensure operational precision across the business.

The Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO is a senior execution partner responsible for maintaining accuracy, structure, and follow-through across the CEO’s calendar, communications, reporting, and select property operations.

This is not a reactive administrative role.
It is a disciplined execution seat.

The objective is simple.
The CEO should operate in a calm, prepared, interruption-free environment.

Approximately 10 hours per week will be dedicated to structured property management execution. The remainder of the role focuses on executive support, reporting, and operational discipline.
