Our client is an established, high-growth offshore professional services and legal organization focused on connecting North American law firms with top-tier international talent.
The organization combines specialized legal solutions with modern operational frameworks to support continued global expansion, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
They are looking for a highly analytical, hands-on Senior Media Buyer who can independently plan, execute, scale, and optimize direct-response B2B lead-generation campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
This is an execution-heavy performance marketing role for someone who enjoys managing ad accounts directly, testing ad creative, analyzing conversion funnels, and driving qualified B2B leads at target Cost-per-Acquisition (CPA) thresholds.
This is not a high-level strategy or brand marketing position. The successful candidate will be expected to handle the full media buying workflow, from account setup, audience targeting, and budget allocation to ad creative testing, landing page audit, tracking configuration, and daily reporting.
The Senior Media Buyer will manage day-to-day performance marketing activities across all paid acquisition channels.
Approximately 80–85% of the role will focus on campaign execution, ad management, creative testing, and audience optimization, with approximately 15–20% focused on reporting, tracking maintenance, landing page reviews, and documentation.
The ideal candidate can take a campaign brief or offer, build targeted audience segments, launch structured campaigns, continuously test creative, and optimize spend based on real performance data.
This includes:
-
Building, launching, and managing paid campaigns on Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads
-
Monitoring daily ad spend, CPL, CPA, and pipeline attribution metrics
-
Designing and executing structured creative testing roadmaps (video scripts, ad angles, copy)
-
Auditing post-click conversion funnels, landing pages, and lead intake forms
-
Configuring and troubleshooting tracking pixels, UTM parameters, and attribution tools
-
Maintaining performance dashboards and providing data-driven recommendations for scaling
The successful candidate should be comfortable managing ad spend independently, testing hypotheses, reacting to performance drops quickly, and driving bottom-line lead growth without needing step-by-step instructions.

-
Partner with graphic designers and copywriters to generate high-converting ad creative.
-
Implement structured A/B testing for ad angles, headlines, hooks, imagery, and landing pages.

-
Deep knowledge of tracking, pixel setups, GA4, and attribution modeling.

Nice to Have
~1 min readExperience with some combination of:
-
Meta Ads Manager

-

-
Highly analytical and data-driven
-
Strong ownership and accountability over ad performance
-
Proactive and self-motivated
-
Creative problem-solver with strong direct-response marketing instincts
-
Detail-oriented regarding tracking, budgets, and reporting accuracy
The ideal candidate is a disciplined performance marketer who lives and breathes data. You don't rely on guesswork or vanity metrics; you care about cost-per-qualified-lead, pipeline attribution, and ROAS.
You combine deep technical knowledge of ad platforms and tracking pixels with a sharp understanding of direct-response ad creative, enabling you to identify winning ad angles and cut underperforming campaigns before budget is wasted.
Paid acquisition is the primary growth engine for acquiring high-value B2B law firm clients. The Senior Media Buyer ensures that marketing capital is deployed efficiently to generate a steady, predictable flow of qualified sales opportunities, allowing the business to expand customer acquisition beyond organic referrals.
