About the Role
~1 min readWe’re looking for a senior PLM to lead our UK late-night shift, supporting ultra-high-net-worth clients with high-touch, bespoke service. This is not a standard PLM role – we need someone who can take ownership of the shift, allocate tasks, solve problems creatively, and maintain impeccable service standards.
While there’s no direct line management initially, you will be the go-to point of contact for the shift and ensure that client requests are handled efficiently and elegantly.
Responsibilities

- →Take control of the shift: allocate tasks, coordinate requests, and solve problems on the fly.
- →Manage high-volume, urgent requests with composure and precision.
- →Anticipate client needs and provide creative solutions (e.g., sourcing rare items or arranging complex experiences).
- →Maintain strong collaboration with other shifts and internal teams.
- →Ensure luxury service standards are consistently met for demanding clients.
- Experience in luxury or hospitality for high-net-worth clients.
- Strong leadership skills: able to guide colleagues and take initiative.
- Creative problem-solver who can think independently without a playbook.
- Proven ability to multitask under pressure and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written English communication (in-app chat is primary).
- Availability for UK late-night/early-morning hours.
- LATAM-based candidates (Argentina, Brazil, Colombia preferred) willing to commit to non-standard hours.
