Help lead the technical efforts to launch the TiiM application and the B10 website.

Drive continuous releases and improvements across both platforms.

Connect and maintain the initial project templates that power our firm's core workflows, including Advisory, Portfolio Thesis, and Research models.

Ensure every engagement starts fully structured and ready for operation.

Act as a key member of the owner team, shaping the operational rules, vocabulary, and toolchains within which AI agents function.

Collaborate directly with the founders to guide the ongoing evolution and scaling of the system.

Maintain high standards of reliability, performance, and security for desktop software operating directly on proprietary user data.

Minimum of 3 years of software engineering experience (Frontend, Backend, or Full Stack).

Proven experience building desktop applications, local toolchains, or complex web applications.

Strong understanding of data privacy, local data execution, and secure software development practices.

Solid experience setting up project structures, API integrations, and core application logic.

High autonomy, strong technical decision-making skills, and ability to work closely with founders and executive stakeholders.

Advanced or fluent English communication skills.

AI & Agent Systems: Experience working with local LLMs, AI agents, context management, or custom developer toolchains.

Fintech & Banking Exposure: Background or interest in financial advisory, research workflows, or portfolio management tools.

Desktop App Frameworks: Familiarity with cross-platform desktop development tools (e.g., Electron, Tauri).
