• Possess a meticulous eye for detail—you notice when something doesn't match
• Are comfortable with quota-driven, high-volume workflows
• Can self-manage your energy and attention through long stretches of independent work

• Data or video annotation, image labeling, or AI training data work
• CCTV operation, loss prevention, or surveillance monitoring
• Quality assurance testing, inventory auditing, or transaction processing

• Steady work — no project churn or scope creep
• Clear metrics — you know exactly what "good" looks like
• Purpose-driven — your attention to detail directly reduces theft and data errors

• High school diploma or equivalent experience required,  Bachelor's degree with academic honors is a great advantage
