As they scale, they are looking for a meticulous Web Production Analyst to bridge the gap between strategy and execution.
About the Role:
The Web Production Analyst is responsible for executing on-page content and SEO updates across CMS platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, Shopify, and similar environments. This role focuses on accurate implementation, maintaining consistency across pages, and supporting overall site quality and performance.
This position works closely with Account Managers (AMs) and requires clear, timely communication to confirm requirements, ask clarifying questions, and proactively flag issues or blockers. A “no-surprises” approach is essential - identifying risks early, communicating impacts, and providing concise, client-ready updates on progress and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement on-page content updates, including copy, metadata, internal links, and basic SEO optimizations
- Execute updates within CMS platforms while adhering to established guidelines and best practices
- Perform quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and proper formatting across pages
- Maintain and follow documentation for processes, workflows, and implementation standards
- Identify inconsistencies or issues and flag them for resolution
- Manage multiple tasks and priorities across ongoing website updates and projects
- Collaborate with SEO strategists, content teams, and developers to support site initiatives
- Experience working within CMS platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, Shopify, or similar systems
- Experience with project management tools like ClickUp
- Strong attention to detail and ability to execute tasks with a high degree of accuracy
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to follow structured processes while adapting to changing priorities
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with SEO best practices, including metadata, internal linking, and on-page optimization
- Experience with QA processes for web content updates
- Exposure to web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) or basic performance reporting
- Agency experience is nice to have, too
- Organized and dependable, with a focus on consistency and quality
- Process-oriented with the ability to identify gaps or inefficiencies
- Comfortable working in CMS interfaces and managing repeatable tasks at scale
- Detail-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving
