Live Experience Manager

RG Live is looking for a highly organised, motivated, and commercially minded individual to join our growing Live Experiences team. The role offers the opportunity to support the delivery and expansion of large-scale event formats - from light trails to immersive location-based experiences - across global markets. You’ll play a central role in keeping projects running while contributing to the evolution of exciting, audience-facing experiences.

The role involves direct ownership and management of key commercial projects across the portfolio, working across core functions including ticketing, marketing, and finance to coordinate a smooth and successful delivery. You’ll also work closely with multiple external partners, and support the development of junior team members.

We’re looking for someone with proven experience in event promotion, strong commercial understanding, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
