The Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day Accounting operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, and supporting financial reporting processes. This role works closely with leadership to maintain accurate financial records and efficient workflows.

Responsibilities

→Support monthly reporting process by performing account reconciliations, accruals, and other period-close functions.
→Participate in the preparation of quarterly client royalty statements and related accounting entries.
→ Assist with monthly sales tax filings and other reporting needs.
→Collaborate with other Accounting staff to execute and oversee day-to-day Accounts Payable and Receivable according to the company’s standard operating procedures.
→Create and maintain records of the company’s sublicense revenue and related data.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of accounting experience. Experience with financial reporting, reconciliations, and accounting systems.
Strong knowledge of GAAP.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Netsuite or other ERP systems preferred.
