Responsibilities

  • Support the setup and maintenance of artist webstores by coordinating with internal teams and external partners
  • Assist in collecting and organizing product details, pricing, and imagery for new merch launches
  • Monitor stock levels and help make updates on Shopify
  • Use Shopify to prepare basic reports on sales, pre-orders, and campaign performance
  • Provide general administrative and ad hoc support to the E-commerce team
  • A current student or recent graduate with an interest in music, fashion and e-commerce
  • Extremely organised and detail-focused – you’re the kind of person who double-checks your spreadsheets
  • Eager to learn how artist merch stores are built, run, and optimised
  • A fan of pop culture and music who gets excited about creative drops and new releases
