Join our team and play a key role in ensuring the people behind the music are rewarded accurately and fairly for their work. As part of our royalty accounting team, you'll work at the intersection of finance and the music industry, managing royalty processes for artists and rights holders with precision, integrity, and care.
This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a process that directly supports creators and their music, ensuring royalty statements and payments are delivered accurately and on time. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you'll combine strong financial and analytical skills with a collaborative approach to help deliver an outstanding service.

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Encode artist contracts in the royalty accounting system
- →Prepare and verify royalty statements and reports for artists
- →Distribute statements and support artists in using the portal
- →Handle the payment process and support month-end closing
- →Respond to artist inquiries regarding settlements
- →Support the implementation and development of royalty systems and tools
- →Collaborate with collective rights management organizations
- →Prepare reports and analyses (local and international)
- Strong experience in a similar role within Finance or Royalties
- Very good knowledge of Excel and SAP
- Fluent communication in English and Polish
- Relevant education (finance, accounting) and understanding of copyright law basics
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and deadline-driven person
- Ability to analyze data and clearly communicate conclusions
