- →Assists with timely plan for the completion and opening of new facilities by:
- →Ensures all utilities are located at the property line.
- →Ensures proper zoning and drive through is allowed by right.
- →Engages surveyors and geotechnical companies for each project.
- →Coordinates equipment purchases and assures timely/cost efficient delivery and installation.
- →Assists in developing, organizing and executing plans for new store opening.
- →Takes lead on special construction projects from inception to completion.
- →Maintains a warranty tracking system for special construction projects to make sure that necessary repairs that are covered under warranties are being properly filed and paid.
- →In charge of developing cost saving ideas in regard to the utility costs, as well as implementing and training each store location on these cost saving ideas.
- Assures quality while maximizing cost efficiency.
- Held accountable for real estate project due diligence and special construction projects.
- Keeps current on any municipal ordinance/code changes.
