Responsibilities

The main purpose of this position is to support the execution of the Trade Marketing and Perfect Store agenda for PepsiCo Puerto Rico, providing analytical, administrative and operational support across five core fronts: the customer activity agenda, the design and production of commercial playbooks, Trade Marketing activities performance analysis, and the execution of customer conventions. The role ensures data accuracy, budget visibility and on-time deliverables that enable fact-based decisions by the Trade Marketing team and Sales Strategy leadership.

 

 
  • Maintain commercial activity calendars and coordinate requirements, timelines and status updates across customers and sales channels.
  • Track budgets, purchase orders, invoices and spending, partnering with the appropriate teams to identify and address variances.
  • Create clear, field-ready playbooks, presentations and execution materials for commercial programs.
  • Analyze initiative performance, maintain activity trackers and consolidate results to support business decisions.
  • Prepare recurring reports and dashboards covering execution progress, spending and key performance indicators.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal partners on orders, deliveries, inventory and installation schedules for in-store materials.
  • Support customer events and consumer programs, including logistics, materials, participation tracking and post-activity documentation.
  • Maintain accurate and accessible records, including activity trackers, supporting evidence, financial files and program archives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or related field
  • Bilingual: Spanish & English (intermediate+ English, written and oral)
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; working knowledge of PowerBI and tracking/database tools
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for budget tracking and performance reporting
  • Experience or internships in trade marketing, sales support, finance or commercial roles within CPG (desirable)
