Manage daily kitchen operations (including Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Chilled Products) as directed by the Deli Manager.

Maintain effective stock management and portion control.
→
Ensure the work environment and facilities are clean and compliant with HACCP legislation.

Prioritise customer care and service, actively promoting the Corrib Oil Customer Loyalty Programme at every opportunity.
→
Carry out assigned deli checks following your training and ensure standards are maintained.
→
Be available for flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, Monday through Sunday.
