About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce QA Senior Analyst to join us and help establish a robust QA team. The Quality Assurance Consultant will ensure that all external and internal requirements are met before our product reaches our customers. Responsible for inspecting procedures and outputs and identifying mistakes or non-conformity issues.

What You'll Do:

Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications.
Conduct functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing for Salesforce implementations.
Identify, document, and track defects using tools like Jira or Bugzilla and work closely with the development team to resolve them.
Ensure that new and existing Salesforce functionalities meet business requirements and do not negatively impact system performance.
Maintain test documentation, including test scripts, test data, and test reports. • Work closely with business analysts, developers, and project managers to ensure smooth execution of testing cycles.
Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, best practices, and industry trends.
Experience in CPQ, Advanced Approvals, RCA, Agentforce, SPM, Certinia, etc is good to have.
Experience in Data Migration Testing and Integration Testing for Salesforce is good to have.
Provide recommendations for improvements to enhance the efficiency and functionality of Salesforce applications.
Salesforce Administrator certification is mandatory, OR a minimum of 1 year of experience in Salesforce projects is a must.
Hands-on experience in testing Salesforce functionalities, including Objects, Roles, Fields, Customization, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, Data Loader, Workflow Rules, Process Builder, Flows, and Permission Sets.
Familiarity with Reports and Dashboards; knowledge of Tableau CRM is a plus.
Experience in automated testing tools for Salesforce is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

2- 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance or relevant roles
1+ year experience working directly with Salesforce ecosystem.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent combination of technical education and work experience.
Thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards
Well versed with the DevOps process in Agile Methodology
Excellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis/statistical methods
Good knowledge of MS Office and databases
Outstanding communication skills
Great attention to detail and a results-driven approach
Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
Reliable and Trustworthy
Ability to work in rapid and agile development frameworks
Strong organisational skills and ability to track multiple test executions simultaneously and synthesise the results
