Situated in the heart of the Arctic TreeHouse Hotel, Rakas Restaurant & Bar charms with its unique ambience and menu of meals made from fresh local ingredients prepared with a modern twist. We offer our guests a unique dining experience and are passionate about ensuring quality dining under the warm glow of pine cone lamps and stylish interior design. The name of our restaurant is Rakas, which is Finnish for “beloved” and perfectly describes our understanding of what great food should be - local food with love.

SantaPark - The Home Cavern of Santa Claus is an indoor Christmas-themed park filled with activities, attractions, and experiences. One of the main attractions is Kota Café, where customers can enjoy a delicious buffet lunch. This ensures that visitors can spend the whole day in the park with a full belly! 

Kitchen helper performs a variety of supportive tasks in a restaurant's kitchen to ensure its smooth and efficient operation. Their role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall functionality of the kitchen. They are helping to deliver a positive dining experience for customers. Duties include:

• assist chefs with food preparation tasks and help ensure that the kitchen runs efficiently

• cleaning dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, as well as sanitizing work surfaces to maintain a hygienic environment

• assist in receiving, unpacking, and storing supplies and ingredients, ensuring that the kitchen is well-stocked and organized

• Capable of completing work tasks independently as well as working in a team

• Ability to take responsibility and maintain the highest level of standards

• Hygiene pass

• Good communication skills

• Fluent English language

• Ability to legally work in Finland

• Peset astioita, välineitä ja keittiövälineitä sekä desinfioit työtasot hygieenisen ympäristön ylläpitämiseksi

• Avustat tarvikkeiden ja ainesten vastaanottamisessa, purkamisessa ja varastoinnissa varmistaen, että keittiö on hyvin varusteltu ja järjestetty
