Financial Leadership & Team Development

Construction Accounting & Job Cost Oversight

WIP Reporting, Revenue Recognition & Backlog Analysis

Financial Statement Preparation & GAAP Compliance

Budgeting, Forecasting & Cash Flow Management

Internal Controls, Risk Management & Process Improvement

Accounts Payable, Receivable, Payroll & General Ledger Management

Advanced Financial Analysis & Executive Reporting

Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Communication

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline required; CPA or CMA preferred.

Progressive experience in accounting with leadership responsibility, preferably in construction or a project‑based industry.

Strong knowledge of GAAP, percentage‑of‑completion accounting, and construction financial practices.

Experience with construction ERP systems and project‑based accounting platforms.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.

Proven ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and partner effectively with operations and executive leadership.
