Strong understanding of construction means and methods, design development, estimating principles, procurement strategies, and market conditions.

Proven ability to manage conceptual and detailed estimates, budgeting exercises, subcontractor outreach, bid evaluations, and preconstruction planning activities.

Proficiency with estimating software, preconstruction platforms, and construction management technology.

Excellent communication, organization, analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple pursuits, deadlines, and expectations.

Experience facilitating value engineering discussions, constructability reviews, and owner budget presentations.

Strong understanding of drawings, specifications, contract documents, and project delivery methods.
