  • Strong organizational skills with a desire to learn and grow in a fast‑paced construction setting.
  • Reliable, punctual, adaptable, and safety‑minded with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); exposure to construction software is a plus.
  • Willingness to work in both office and field environments.
  • Hands-on experience.
  • In-house training through SpawGlass University.
  • Cell phone reimbursement.
