[MEX] Senior Systems Engineer (Wireless Industry)

• →Design and develop algorithms for LTE / 5G network analysis and optimization
• →Analyze RAN performance data (PM counters, KPIs) using Python (Pandas, NumPy)
• →Contribute to AI/ML-driven network analytics and feature development
• →Translate wireless network behavior into product features
• →Evaluate performance of new features in lab and live operator environments
• →Collaborate with software engineering teams to implement scalable solutions
• →Create technical documentation, reports, and research insights
• →Apply critical thinking and problem-solving to complex RF and data challenges

• PhD, Master’s, or Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Mathematics, or related field
• We welcome candidates with strong academic backgrounds (e.g., PhD) even if they have limited industry experience

• Experience with RAN vendors (Nokia, Ericsson, Huawei, Samsung)
• Exposure to machine learning / AI applied to telecom or data analysis
• Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, InfluxDB)
• Familiarity with cloud environments, distributed systems, or microservices
