Pay Range: $60,000 - $72,000 per year

Review daily accounts payable inbox

Prepare and process invoices

Request W9 forms as needed

Respond to vendor inquiries

Process online and phone payments

Process ACH payments and wire transfers

Handle bank reconciliations and credit card statement reconciliations

Assist with monthly rent payments and reconciliation

Recognize and book prepaid and accrued expenses

Process journal entries as needed

Assist with year-end 1099 report

Daily cash activity such as posting deposits/utilities payments

Assist Controller with special projects as needed

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, NetSuite, or other accounting software

Excel proficiency including formulas, pivot tables, V-lookups, etc.

Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
