Bank Outpatient Physiotherapist

Spire Bushey Hospital is actively seeking a Physiotherapist to join its bank within the outpatient Physiotherapy team. This position is ideal for individuals interested in specialising in orthopaedics and musculoskeletal physiotherapy.

As a bank Outpatient Physiotherapist, your role will involve performing individual assessments and overseeing a diverse range of patient cases. You will have the opportunity to dedicate sufficient time to each patient, ensuring the delivery of excellent patient care. 

• →The position entails providing a high standard of assessment and treatment for our outpatient department.
• →You will manage a varied outpatient caseload 
• →To hold own caseload and be responsible for a defined area of the service, working without direct supervision.
• →Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for interactions with patients, consultants, and colleagues,
• →Effective time management and problem-solving abilities.

• BSc Hons or equivalent in Physiotherapy.
• HCPC Registration.
• Outpatient Physio experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to develop good working relationships.
• Demonstrate solid clinical reasoning skills and evidence-based practice.
• To be computer literate with excellent organisational and time management skills and an acute attention to detail.
