About the Role
~1 min readReporting to the Head of Games Operations, the Regional Games Lobby Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end management and optimisation of the games lobby for the South African market.
The Regional Games Lobby Manager will manage the sporty games lobby, ensuring optimal game positioning, effective promotions, supplier alignment, and high-quality internal feedback and reporting. The role plays a key part in shaping the player experience and driving lobby performance in South Africa.
Responsibilities
~2 min read- →Own and manage the sporty games lobby for the South African market, ensuring optimal game positioning aligned with commercial objectives and local player preferences
- →Maximise visibility and discoverability of key games, promotions, and new releases within the South Africa lobby
- →Upload, schedule, and maintain promotional banners and in-lobby content, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and timely execution
- →Configure and maintain game settings, limits, and parameters in line with product, commercial, and South Africa–specific regulatory requirements
- →Act as the primary point of contact for supplier needs related to lobby management, promotions, and game releases for South Africa
- →Work closely with Product and Tech teams on testing, new feature rollouts, and improvements to categorisation and navigation
- →Ensure strong localisation of lobby content, naming, and presentation to reflect South African market preferences
- →Use a data-driven approach to analyse lobby performance, player behaviour, and promotional effectiveness, translating insights into actionable improvements
- →Produce and share clear internal feedback, insights, and performance reports to support decision-making across teams
- →Manage games-related escalations and operational queries, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication
- →Plan, coordinate, and map new game releases for the South African market, with a particular focus on sporty games
- →Align closely with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure all lobby content, configurations, and releases meet local regulatory requirements
- →Collaborate with internal studios and third-party suppliers to support smooth releases and strong market performance
- Proven experience working with online casino games, ideally in lobby management, games operations, or content optimisation
- Strong understanding of the South African market and player behaviour
- Analytical, data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and make informed recommendations
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with globally distributed teams
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience working with suppliers
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, operational environment with competing priorities
