Tech Talent Acquisition Sourcer

We are looking for a strategic Tech Talent Sourcer to join our global Talent Acquisition function. In this role, you will partner closely with the Sourcing Team Lead to drive the top-of-funnel strategy for our most critical Engineering and Product hires across the EU, IN and LatAm regions and beyond. You will move beyond simple "hunting" to become a market expert, providing data-driven insights, mapping competitor talent pools, and engaging passive candidates for complex, hard-to-fill roles.

• →Designing Sourcing Strategy: You will design and execute advanced sourcing strategies for niche and senior roles, utilising Boolean search, x-ray techniques, LinkedIn Recruiter, and local platforms
• →Building Healthy Pipelines: You will build and nurture healthy pipelines of pre-qualified candidates for recurring roles to reduce time-to-hire
• →Partnering with Stakeholders: You will partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to calibrate role requirements and provide weekly data on market feasibility and talent availability
• →Engaging Candidates: You will craft high-touch, personalised outreach campaigns (email/InMail) that achieve high response rates from passive talent
• →Gathering Market Intelligence: You will act as the "eyes and ears" of the market; gathering intelligence on competitor layoffs, salary trends, and shifting candidate motivations to share with the wider TA team

• Experience: 2-4+ years of experience in Talent Sourcing (Agency or In-house), with a proven track record in the Technology and Product market
• Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of sourcing tools and ATS platforms (Greenhouse)
• Language Proficiency: Fluent English is essential
• Consultative Approach: Strong stakeholder management skills
• Data Mindset: You are data-driven and resilient; you treat sourcing as a science and track your conversion metrics closely
